What: McSmiles Preschool is a free service to all McDowell County children who will be 3 or 4 by August 31, 2012. No financial requirements for eligibility! Classes are filled on a first-come basis.

When: Classes meet 2 times a week for 1 hour and 40 minutes, during the regular school year.
